JT is a full-time Realtor dedicated to providing real estate expertise with professionalism and integrity. He joined INET Realty in 2011 after running his own firm to achieve and obtain the best market research, market visibility, and better service for his listing clients and potential buyers. He has obtained the National Board of Realtors e-PRO certification, the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) to provide better and more effective service.
JT has an extensive background in computer technology and being an Oahu resident for 21 years enhances the level of expertise and service he offers. He fully utilizes the World Wide Web through multiple websites, e-mail, and computer software solutions to supplement traditional marketing methods.
JT holds a Bachelors degree in General Business and Economics from Southwestern University in Texas. He was a Systems Analyst with various local companies (Scott Software Systems, Foodland, Airgas-Gaspro, and Del Monte)
JT is the past President of Business Networking International Windward and Mililani Chapters. In his leisure time, JT enjoys his three kids, being with his wife Selma and activities such as golf, yoga, surfing, and playing guitar and bass. |
